Excellent service with helpful and friendly advice. No pushy sales or patronising comments. As a women out buying a vehicle on my own, I felt comfortable and supported to find out all I wanted to ask. There was no rush and no pressure. I bought a fab Nissan Elgrand and have really been enjoying driving it. I feel confident if there are any issues I can just call up and they will be sorted without fuss. It’s also reassuring to know they can maintain, service and MOT my vehicle rather than me taking it to my local garage. Their years of expertise is likely to save me money and stress.

I purchased a 2008 Velfire from Worcester motors about 4 weeks ago and can honestly say I am extremely happy with my new (old) car.It’s 15 years old and looks and feels about 2 years old inside and out. Every single thing works on it and it is really quiet, it feels a bit special and I’m not the only one who thinks so I keep getting thumbs up from other drivers.If you are like me and know practically nothing about cars especially imports then Worcester motors is a dealership you really have to try, the 3 brothers are excellent with their customer care and really put you at ease, but if you do know about cars you will see how genuine they are.Thanks lads and I’m pretty sure if I need help in the future they will be there.Kevin

Time to explain and let you have a good look around and, when the decision made which one to choose, they take care of you right up to driving off the forecourt. Well worth the drive to view such a good selection of Elgrands.

We purchased a 2010 Honda Stepwagon from Paul a few weeks ago, the amazing service we experienced would put most main dealers to shame. An honest service, nothing hidden, perfect description and knowledge of the car. The car is in a similar condition to a 2 year old car, amazing condition for a 13 year old car, immaculate inside and out, and underneath.

A friendly team who display professionalism and intimate knowledge of the vehicles they sell. Clean fine examples of the vehicles sold.Able to browse vehicles without feeling any sales pressure which is a refreshing change from other car dealerships. Dave, Del and the team are informative, helpful and provide a good reason to return for another sale.

These people sold me an Elgrand with all 4 cats still in place the did not tell me about the front cats down grading and blocking the second cat and destroying the engine it cost me an engine that was not as good fitted in derby had trouble all the time after that would not ever deal with worcester motors again I now own an e52 strait from Japan

Gosh - orrible , rude and unhelpful ONLY KiIDDING - this establishment is run by a family who have been in business for donkeys . And for good reason , locally and nationwide they provide a service to the customer which goes the extra mile .
