I don't think I've ever felt compelled to write a review quite like this one but Worcester Road Motors genuinely deserve every word. I arrived at their forecourt in my faithful old Nissan, a car I'd owned for 12 years and was already 21 years old. It had finally reached the end of the road, and I was in a difficult position. I needed to get home to my family in Cornwall and needed a replacement urgently. I wasn't just browsing; I was counting on finding the right car, at the right price, from the right people. That's exactly what I found. Paul and Del, two brothers in the family run Worcester Road Motors, didn't just sell me a car, they solved my problem. From the moment I walked in, their focus was entirely on understanding my situation and doing everything in their power to help. They bent over backwards to make the deal work, were completely transparent throughout, and made sure I was leaving not just with a vehicle, but with total peace of mind. I drove away in a beautiful Nissan Elgrand E52 and I made it home to Cornwall. What struck me most was their genuine commitment beyond the sale. They were clear that their support doesn't end when you hand over the money, they mean it when they say they're still there for you afterwards. That's rare. I was introduced to them through a close friend who I have known for 20 years and who has known Paul and Del for over 30 years. He and his wife speak about them with enormous warmth and loyalty, and now I completely understand why. When someone trusts a business with that kind of longevity and still recommends them without hesitation, that tells you everything. If you're looking for a Nissan, Toyota or any other car on their forecourt and want complete confidence in the car's history and the people you're buying from, Worcester Road Motors is, in my mind, simply the only place to go.
